You may terminate this Agreement at any time by contacting eCreditDispute.com customer support to disable your account ID. These terms and conditions will terminate immediately without notice from eCreditDispute.com.

If, in eCreditDispute.com ‘s sole discretion, you fail to comply with any material term or provision hereof or if eCreditDispute.com believes that you, by your conduct, have violated any applicable laws or are acting contrary to the interests of eCreditDispute.com its members, its users and/or its affiliates.

eCreditDispute.com will not solicit you or your client(s) for any financial transactions regarding the purchase, financing or lease of any real estate, house, manufactured home, automobile, recreational vehicle, watercraft, aircraft, personal loan or credit card for a period of no less than 120 days. eCreditDispute.com will not sell, lease or distribute you and/or your client’s information to any outside credit vendor(s) (affiliated or not) for a period of no less than 120 days.

eCreditDispute.com does not intend to distribute or sell you and/or your client’s information (or solicit you and/or your clients), but reserves the right to do so (if desired) after 120 days from the date eCreditDispute.com’s software is initially utilized for the dispute of any personal and/or client information.

Use of Bulletin Boards, Chat Rooms, and Other Forums

eCreditDispute.com does not make any representations or warranties regarding any bulletin boards, chat rooms, or other electronic forums (i.e., CreditChat24/7) made available on or via this Web site (collectively, "Forums") or any messages, information, or materials contained in the Forums. You acknowledge and agree that your use of, or reliance upon, any such messages, information, or materials shall be at your sole risk. eCreditDispute.com shall use reasonable efforts to comply with its policies regarding the conversations, as such policies may be changed by eCreditDispute.com from time to time (the "Forum Policy"). Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This USER AGREEMENT shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky and the laws of the United States of America applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law provision or rule that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Kentucky. You hereby consent to, and agree to bring any and all claims in, the exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts located in Lexington, Kentucky, for any action or proceeding arising under or relating to this USER AGREEMENT, this Web site, or the use of, or reliance on, this Web site, whether based in contract or tort.

The parties have requested that these terms and conditions and all communications and documents relating hereto be expressed in the English/Spanish language.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between you and eCreditDispute.com regarding the subject matter hereof, and shall supersede any and all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, undertakings, or agreements, written or oral, between the parties regarding such subject matter.

Severability

To the maximum extent possible, each provision in this USER AGREEMENT shall be interpreted in such manner as to be valid and enforceable under applicable law. If any provision of this USER AGREEMENT is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified so as to be rendered valid and enforceable while implementing, to the maximum extent possible, the original intent of such provision. If such modification is not possible or allowed, then such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such unenforceability or invalidity without affecting the remainder of such provision or any other provisions in this USER AGREEMENT.

Penalties

Any violation of any portion of this USER AGREEMENT will be fully enforced by eCreditDispute.com at is discretion. Should eCreditDispute.com choose not to pursue legal action for any prior violation(s) of this USER AGREEMENT, eCreditDispute.com does not waive its right(s) to pursue legal action for the initial and/or subsequent violations of this USER AGREEMENT.

All members and/or users agree to pay for the legal expenses of eCreditDispute.com should any violation(s) of this USER AGREEMENT be enforced by any court of law within the United States of America. The payment of eCreditDispute.com’s legal expense(s) may not constitute payment in full for any financial penalties imposed by any judge, jury or other State and/or Federal Authority for violation(s) of this USER AGREEMENT.
